The shop is open to place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However should you have any queries or questions please contact us by email between hours of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Yes, we do deliver to BFPO addresses, just enter the British Forces Post Office address in the delivery address section at the checkout. Delivery may take an additional day or two.

No, the jewellery is not suitable for children. Due to small parts, please keep out of reach of young children. 

We do our best to dispatch orders within 4 days of ordering as most pieces are made to order. 

This isn’t possible at present but we do dispatch your order on the earliest possible date.

Yes, goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, in the original gift box with the bubble wrap and with gift bag and not having been worn. For hygiene reasons Earrings can only be returned if faulty. Returned items must be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We need to sign for it as it’s your proof that we have received it. Return postage fee is paid by the sender and cannot be refunded.

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not happy with your purchase, we ask that your return it in the same condition in which your received it in the original gift box with the bubble wrap and with gift bag and not having been worn within 14 days for a refund. Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Returned items must be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, we need to sign for it as it’s your proof that we have received it. Return postage fee is paid for by the sender and cannot be refunded.

Once your jewellery arrives back with us, it will be inspected and soon afterwards we will issue a refund which will be sent to the card used at the time of purchase. This normally takes 3-5 working days to complete. Unfortunately we have no control over this time from the expediency of this service and rests solely on your bank or card provider. The refund of the original postage will be deducted from the return payment.

Shades may vary depending on the technology used to view products, brightness settings etc iPad/iPhone and & methods used in the production of the Czech glass beads means that base glass colour can vary slightly from batch to batch. Any beads that have coatings on can also vary from batch to batch. The Czech Peacock beads which have coatings and patterns on them can vary from bead to bead as the effects are similar to an oil on water effect, in some instances more greens are noticeable, in others more blues and so on.
As each Gemstone is individual, the item of gemstone jewellery you receive may not be the one exactly on the photograph, but very similar. 

We want you to enjoy your jewellery and if the beads are well cared for their life will be greatly increased. To Keep your Jewellery at its best, store in the Gift Box Supplied when not wearing it. To polish the Sterling Silver components use the Anti-tarnish cloth supplied with you jewellery. Cleaning should be done by hand with very mild soap only. (Not washing-up liquid) 

When wearing your jewellery avoid spraying perfume, hair lacquer, body sprays etc on to the jewellery as it could damage the jewellery, Matt beads and gemstones are porous so we advise care when wearing.
